Description

Introduction:

An exceptional biotope: an alliance of an extreme climate and a calcoschist soil. This is the kingdom of Grenache – ancient clones that have preserved their genetic material intact.

A historical heritage: the diversity of the plots, associated with the remarkable biotope, gives the wines complexity and aromatic dynamics.

Mas Amiel has proven to be a very strong terroir for high-profile dry wines: Origine and Oiseau Rare thanks to an exceptional conservatory of old, century-old Grenache and Carignan vines.

A fierce conviction: using biodynamics to preserve the health of the vine and its environment. It alone can strengthen the terroir potential of the wines.

Description:

Nose: An impressive nose, starting with a zest of pomelo and blood orange, moving onto notes of black berry and black currant.

Taste: The same impressions and the same depth reappear with an attack offering remarkable freshness, and the same type of notes – rich fruity flavors cover the palate. This wine offers plenty of opulence and aromatic freshness, the sign of a great Grenache wine derived from calcium-rich schist and red clay.
