Winemaking:

The bunches of Trebbiano and Malvasia are carefully selected and left to dry in well-ventilated rooms. Fermentation with wild yeasts and ageing take place in small oak casks. About 8 years in casks and oak barriques.


Description:

Nose: The color is golden amber and brilliant. The aroma hints at honey, toasted almond and vanilla.

Taste: Sweet and rich taste, balanced by vibrant acidity. Very long persistent finish.
