【酒仕🍷酒藏】

「龜泉酒造」已有長遠釀造的歷史，位於四國的高知縣土佐市，作品均以被稱為「萬年不枯」的泉水釀造，因此將銘柄命名為「龜泉」。除了令人驚豔的「CEL-24」之外，酒造亦十分善於利用本土的酵母，有時甚至用上兩種不同的酵母去釀造，融合並將酵母的長處最大限度地發揮，對酵母的了解和運用手法實為達人級數。出品有著華麗的吟釀果香，恰到好處的甜度，達到整體平衡的酸度，總是令人百試不厭。
