Quintessentially Tyrrell’s and Hunter Valley, our Hunter Valley wines showcase the key varietals of the region, which are made to the same high standards as our flagship wines.

Winemaking:

This single vineyard wine from our iconic HVD Vineyard was picked riper than normal and in the cool of the night. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks before fermentation was stopped early, leaving the wine with a generous amount of residual sugar, perfectly balancing the wine’s acidity.

Description:

A distinctly different and refreshing sweeter style of Semillon that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a variety of Asian inspired dishes.
